RETURN AND REFUND POLICY: Due to the nature of our product/s we cannot accept any returns due to safety reasons and to avoid cross contamination. If you think the product is damaged upon arrival please send a photo and a detailed email to edecorbylynnschlick@gmail.com and we will make things right.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS: We accept PayPal and Credit/Debit cards. We do not save your payment information.

USER REGISTRATION: If you register an account with Sabonnfelu, you will be able to access your cart, purchase history, change your address and/or cancel subscription, and, view tracking number. By creating an account you accept our and it is your responsibility to keep secure your password to avoid being hacked.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS: We use USPS priority shipping to ship your order/s. Priority shipping has a delivery window of 1-3 days for domestic orders to the continental U.S. If you placed an order before 7pm we will ship the parcel the following business day. If your parcel goes missing we will do our best to locate your item. If the package is marked as "delivered" but was not received by you we are not responsible for missing items.

FACTS: I handcut every soap and portion it 110g to 130g (3oz - 5oz) depending on flavors/scents. I strive to get the same exact batch but its not always possible because its a handmade item so please allow for slight variations.
